Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Tanimura & Antle Broccoli, trimmed into florets
- 2-3 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 2-3 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 Cup Shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 Lemon, cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Steam broccoli florets until tender, about 7-8 minutes.
- While broccoli is steaming, heat a large skillet with olive oil.
- Add garlic to skillet and reduce heat to low, cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, stirring frequently.
- Add steamed broccoli to skillet and stir together. Turn off the heat and add shredded parmesan cheese, stir to combine.
- Serve with lemon wedges and drizzle to serve.
