Ingredients
- 1 large head Tanimura & Antle Artisan® Cauliflower, cut into florets
- ½ cup whole milk
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 5 cloves roasted garlic
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp. Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 Tanimura & Antle Green Onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil cauliflower until tender.
- Combine cauliflower, milk, butter, garlic, cheese, and mustard in food processor.
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste
- Plate and garnish with green onions.
