Ingredients
- 2-3 Heads Tanimura & Antle Artisan® Romaine, cored, torn or cut into 1 ½” pieces
- ½ Cup Sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 pint Strawberries, cored, cut in quarters
- ½- ¾ Cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. Raspberry vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp. Minced garlic
- ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Cup Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine vinegars, honey, garlic and mustard.
Whisk in oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
In a large bowl toss Artisan Romaine with almonds, strawberries and feta, and then add dressing, a little at a time, reserving any extra in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Serve immediately.
