Ingredients
- 2 Heads of Tanimura & Antle Romaine lettuce or 3 Romaine Hearts, washed and torn into bite-size pieces
- 4 Pieces Thick-cut bacon, cooked, drained and cooled; torn into pieces
- 1 Basket Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- ½ Cup Sliced green onions
- 4 Ounces crumbled blue cheese
- ½ Cup Plain yogurt
- ¾ Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp. Garlic powder
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine crumbled blue cheese, mayonnaise, plain yogurt, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, & Salt and ground black pepper, to taste, to make dressing.
- In a large salad bowl, toss lettuce with tomatoes, green onions and bacon.
- Add about ½ of the dressing and toss well.
- Add more dressing as desired and then season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve immediately.
