Ingredients
- 2 bunches Tanimura & Antle Artisan® Sweet Broccoli, ends trimmed, large pieces sliced in half lengthwise
- ¼ Cup Plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp. Olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon or whole grain mustard
- ½ tsp. Smoked paprika
- ½ tsp. Curry powder
- ½ tsp. Ground cumin
- ½ tsp. Ground turmeric
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees, and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt, oil, mustard and spices. Toss the Artisan sweet broccoli in the yogurt mixture and coat well. Lay all of the broccoli pieces on the cookie sheet and bake for 20-24 minutes.
- Eat warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
