Sweet Artisan Broccoli with Spicy Peanut Sauce

Products Used: Tanimura & Antle Sweet Artisan Broccoli & Green Onions
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Tanimura & Antle Artisan Sweet Broccoli
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of Tanimura & Antle Green Onions, sliced
- Optional Toppings: sliced red chili, black and white sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. sambal oelek
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 lime, squeezed plus more for garnish
- 1 small knob ginger, grated
- 1 small clove garlic, grated
Directions
- Prep the Artisan Sweet Broccoli by washing and trimming the ends.
- Measure sauce ingredients into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- In a large sauté pan with a lid, heat olive oil over medium high heat. When oil is hot, add the broccoli and season with salt and pepper. Cook broccoli uncovered until golden, about 5 minutes, turning once or twice. Add 2 Tbsp. water to the pan, cover and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
- Serve Artisan Sweet Broccoli warm and drizzled with spicy peanut sauce, topped with
green onion, red chili and sesame seeds. Squeeze extra lime as desired. - Enjoy!
