Tanimura & Antle Mashed Cauliflower

Products Used: Tanimura & Antle Cauliflower
Ingredients
  • 1 large head Tanimura & Antle Artisan® Cauliflower, cut into florets
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 5 cloves roasted garlic
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp. Dijon mustard
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 Tanimura & Antle Green Onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Boil cauliflower until tender.
  2. Combine cauliflower, milk, butter, garlic, cheese, and mustard in food processor.
  3. Add Salt and Pepper to taste
  4. Plate and garnish with green onions.
